• Maintained AMAZON GOES HERE content quality standards with oversight of a 150+ page style guide encompassing content guidelines, use cases, content flows, and LLM rules.

• Collaborated with product, design, and engineering to identify patterns and opportunities for UX writers to scale productivity and improve content quality.

• Used inputs and guidelines to write high quality overviews that train large language models for AI writing.
